Malý velký web is the trade name under which Tomáš Richtr runs this website and its services. For anything regarding your data, write to info@malyvelkyweb.cz. The Czech version of this policy is the binding one: Ochrana osobních údajů.

What we process and why

• Enquiry form and price calculator: e-mail, phone (optional), website address, your message. Used to reply and prepare a quote at your request (pre-contractual steps, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR; for general questions, legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)). Kept for up to 2 years after last contact if no project follows.
• AI chat: the text of your messages, plus an e-mail or phone only if you type it in. Replies are based on legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)). Your contact and messages are passed to Tomáš only after you confirm it in the chat (consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time. Chats that are not passed on are not stored as enquiries; Anthropic deletes API inputs and outputs within 30 days as standard (exceptions e.g. abuse investigations or legal obligations).
• Projects: contact and billing details, for the contract and accounting obligations (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c)). Invoices are kept for 10 years as required by law.
• Server logs: IP address, time and requested page, for security (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)). Only the hosting provider has access, keeping them briefly under its terms; we do not separately store or analyse them.

Providing data is voluntary, but without an e-mail or phone we cannot reply.

Who processes the data

• Tomáš Richtr. Enquiries and contacts passed on from the chat go only to his work e-mail inboxes.
• Netlify, Inc. (USA): hosting, receiving and storing submitted forms, and the chat backend. Submitted forms stay there until we delete them, within the periods above.
• Anthropic, PBC (USA): the Claude model that writes the chat replies. It receives only the conversation text and, under its API terms, does not use it for training.
• The providers of those e-mail inboxes.
• Plausible Analytics (EU): cookie-free, anonymous visitor statistics.

Netlify and Anthropic process data on our instructions as processors. Transfers to the USA rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. We do not sell data or use it for advertising or automated decision-making.

Cookies

The site uses no advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser stores only technical choices locally (selected theme, an unfinished chat), nothing is sent to us.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw consent. Write to info@malyvelkyweb.cz; we handle requests without undue delay, within one month at the latest. You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ), uoou.gov.cz.
